We look forward to welcoming you at Une Vie en Rose
We fell in love with this house at our first visit. We were wonderfully welcomed by Agnès L. who opened this guest house a decade ago. Thank you again Agnès for your kindness, generosity, and your warm and bubbly personality. We are delighted to continue the tradition of a warm and personalized welcome.
An inspiring place

We took over this inspiring place with our heads full of ideas especially around eco-responsibility that we have introduced into our lives several years ago (waste recycling, selecting only organic and local products when possible…).
We have already added several fruit trees (vines, kiwi trees) and bushes (gooseberries, raspberries…) into the garden as well as aromatic herbs and flowers to attract native insects.
We have refurbished our guest rooms and our house in the above spirit. We chose, among many things, eco-friendly paint, bed linen made from pure Norman linen grown and processed in Normandy. Our Suites and our cottage are decorated with furniture hunted down at antique dealers, family furniture or made in France whenever possible.
It is the beginning of a beautiful adventure that we are delighted to share with you.

Elisabeth is passionate and enthusiastic.
I enjoy dealing with people and love nature, cooking, permaculture as well as Traditional Chinese Medecine.
Four years spent in London enabled me to become fluent with Shakespeare’s language whereas the past 18 years working within an upmarket ready-to-wear brand whose founder is a former international rugby player were unfortunately not sufficient to master the rules of rugby.
Raoul is original and generous.
I have eclectic tastes and, my previous life, sharing my time between my passion for Ultimate Frisbee (French champion, President of the Federation…), finance (private equity), wine tasting, friends and my family. I have selected a list of wines to accompany your meals and will be delighted to make recommendations. I am a fan of Francis Bacon et Anselm Kieffer, cold wave (80’s) and Mylène Farmer.
Our children, Alice and Guillaume, and more unlikely our lovely but fearful cat Lully, may also introduce themselves to you at some point during your stay when they are at home
