1. CHECK IN

a) Guest Rooms & Cottage

  • Check in between 5.00pm and 7.00pm.
  • Beyond 7.00pm, please let us know on the day of your booking.
  • Should you wish to arrive earlier on the day of your arrival, please let us know at least 48 hours beforehand to make sure that we can be present to welcome you and that your Suite can be ready. We will do our best to meet your requirements subject to availability on our side.

b) Le gîte : Etat des lieux & remise des clefs

  • Inventory: We hand over the keys after an inventory on the day of your arrival.

2. CHECK OUT

a) Guest Rooms

  • Check out : 11.00am.

b) Le gîte : Etat des lieux & remise des clefs

  • Check out: 11.00am. Please allow 15 minutes before checking out for the inventory.
  • Cleaning at the end of your stay is included in the price.
    • Nevertheless, we thank you for taking care of the premises. Should the Cottage be in an unacceptable state of cleanliness upon your departure, we will charge you an extra €50 for the cost of additional cleaning. 

NB : We would like to draw your attention to the fact that we are not a hotel and that outside the check in and check out hours, we may not be at home. Thank you for your understanding.

3. RATES & PAYMENT

Payment of your stay is made according to the Terms & Conditions indicated at the time of the booking, such as the total amount, potential service fees and cancellation policy. Cancellation and modification policy vary according to the type of booking and selected price.

a) Standard Rate

  • All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of your stay.
  • A 40%-down payment of the total amount will be charged at the time of booking. 
  • The balance, 60% of the total amount will be taken 7 days before your arrival.
  • A €200-deposit will be blocked on the day of your arrival and automatically unblocked 7 days after.
  • For any changes concerning the number of persons or the dates of your stay, please contact us directly. We will do our best to meet your requirements depending on our availabilities.
  • If you cancel between 0 and 7 days before the date of the check-in, no reimbursement will be made.
  • If you cancel between 7 and 30 days before the check-in, the down payment will be kept and not reimbursed.
  • If you cancel more than 30 days before the date of the check-in, you will be fully reimbursed.

b) Non-cancellable rate

  • All bookings must be guaranteed by a credit card valid on the start date of your stay.
  • 100% of the total amount will be taken on the date of your booking.
  • A €200-deposit will be blocked on the day of your arrival and automatically unblocked 7 days after.
  • No changes are possible on this rate.
  • Any cancellation on your side will not give rise of any refund for this non-cancellable rate.

4. BOOKING POLICY

  • By making a booking on our website, you agree to these Terms and Conditions.
  • To book your stay, please provide accurate and complete information such as your personal contact information, the desired dates of stay, the number of people, etc.
  • The booking is confirmed only after receiving confirmation from us with payment details. If you don’t receive this email, please contact us on +33 6 77 11 99 82 / contact (@) unevieenrose.com

5. GUEST LIABILITY

  • You should ensure the peaceful character of the rental and only use it in accordance with the intended purposes of the premises. You accept and agree to use the room in good faith. Furthermore, any inappropriate behaviour will lead us to ask you to leave the establishment immediately without any compensation.
  • Should any damage occur – breakage, stains, etc., please inform us as soon as possible, especially if you spill coffee or tea. It is easier to clean when we know what it is and can react quickly. We will not charge breakage in general except if the cost of repair is significant.
  • You are responsible for your personal effects. Une Vie en Rose shall not be held liable for any loss, theft, or damage.
  • Pond – We would like to draw your attention to the presence of a pond on the property. We kindly ask you to be vigilant should you stay at Une Vie en Rose with young children.
  • Pets are not allowed on the premises.
  • Our guest house is strictly non-smoking.

6. GUEST HOUSE LIABILITY

  • We are committed to providing quality service and make your stay enjoyable. However, we cannot be liable for disruptions or incidents beyond our control.
  • Should you have a problem or issue during your stay, please let us know as soon as possible so that we can take appropriate actions to fix it.
